Sales and Customer Support Rep – Surrey BC.

Have you always coloured outside of the lines? Do you have a real passion for growing your own and want to help other people do the same?

We have a brand new opening at our show room in Surrey BC. We're looking for a sales and customer service rep that is full of energy and can give our customers the high standard of service they expect and deserve.

What you'll be doing:

  • Answering inbound sales calls
  • Monitoring our online live chat service
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Outbound calling to leads and past customers
  • Maintaining your personal customer list
  • Helping customers learn to grow and dealing with growing problems

Who you are:

  • You must have a strong understanding of relationship telephone sales
  • A basic understanding of how hydroponics works and how to grow plants
  • A passion for growing and for helping people
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • You have to have a sense of humour
  • Past hydroponic growing experience is a HUGE plus, but we can train the right candidate
  • You must be able to type, use Microsoft Office and knowledge of salesforce is a plus
